Political issues are shaking the country, but more and more people seem to be "autistic" today and usage of cellular telephones (cell phones/mobile phones) known here in Indonesia as hand phones is a must in order to escape from any classic social problem of the nation as well.

Not always when you stuck in Jakarta's notorious traffic jams to make calls, you can play games, download mp3, mp4, streaming YouTube videos or even blogging. Your mobility can be tracked down wherever you are, even on the golf course, on vacation or on a business trip.

Many people in Indonesia have more and more mobile phones, not necessarily as a means of communication, but as something to please themselves. Companies here even provide mobile phone to their managers for some reasons.

A wide variety of hand phones are available for purchase in Indonesia. In Jakarta, people will recommend one another to go to ITC Roxy Mas which is currently considered the center for handphone sales as the entire building is occupied with hand phone dealers. Prices range from IDR100,000  to IDR 11 millions

The impact 

Now as everybody can find, people in Jakarta and everywhere around Indonesia, get addicted to any types of the smartphone. You'll be considered "mati gaya" if you don't know what to do while the rest is busy with games or sending message with blackberry. Your "mati gaya" will let you down with you become distressed, folding your hand and there's nobody would like to talk with you. social life is gradually changing. A few years ago, such a condition is rare, now ..... welcome the globalization.

Blackberry 10, Jakarta Indonesia

How about the trend? Blackberry 10 has already been launched, everyone. How about Jakarta? How about you living in Jakarta and addicted to the trend? And how about Indonesia in general which is dominated by Blackberry?

As BlackBerry launched a reinvented version of its phones recently, Indonesians might keep up with the update. No secret, mobile phone market is dominated by Blackberry in Indonesia and big cities here might be expecting the much-delayed BlackBerry 10, the new phone software the company has been working on for the past two years, but that RIM would now officially be called BlackBerry.

People might get into a journey of transformation as well as what was said on stage the day of the launching: "one that will transform mobile communications to true mobile computing"

Okay. It's already reinvented what is assumed by the company simply not enough. Now just wait for the fiver. Isn't it too much?

A glance at BlackBerry 10's New Features:

BlackBerry 10 is a completely new version of the BlackBerry software; it doesn't share a line of code with the previous version called BlackBerry 7 and was built completely for the touch screen. While the operating system is similar to that of the iPhone or Android, as it is built around pages of apps, BlackBerry says the other platforms are now outdated and that the BlackBerry 10 will provide "differentiating" features.
